I have worked at WEBS for 11 years and a 6 year apprenticeship, from the initial opening of the training centre, I served as an apprentice for 5 years in a hand crafted cabinetmaking company, also working at Welbeck House as a machinist, NEBOSH qualified for health and Safety training and consultancy

Lorraine Jameson - Skills For Life Coordinator
I started working in the Training Industry 5 years ago working as an Administrator whilst undertaking an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship with Key skills at level 3. Previous to my position at Webs I worked for another Training Provider delivering a variety of government funded programmes. I have delivered training for the past 2½ years, whilst undertaking my teaching training qualifications at Basford Hall College
Kevin Martin - Upholstery Training Officer
I served my Apprenticeship as an Upholsterer at Duresta and continued working there until joining Webs as an Upholstery Training Officer.
James Woolley - Wood Training Officer
I am a Training officer for the wood department at WEBS Training Ltd, Teaching wood machining and cabinet making. I started my career as an apprentice at Stag Furniture PLC while attending Basford Hall College to gain my NVQ qualifications within these areas. I was then made, redundant from Stag Furniture PLC. From there I moved to JDP Frames, I worked on the shop floor for a total of five years before being selected for my current position at WEBS Training Ltd.
Lee Hopkins - Wood Training Officer
Training Officer at Webs Training Ltd Teaching Wood Machining and School Links delivering introductory courses. I started my training at Beauvale Furnishing Ltd attending at Basford Hall College to complete level 2 Wood Machining. After being made redundant from Beauvale Furnishing I moved to JDP Frames Ltd to complete a level 3 Wood Machining. Also I have completed a CNC course and gained quality experience within the companies I have worked for
Paul Stringer - Wood Training Officer
Training Officer at Webs Training, teaching Cabinet Making and Kitchen Installations. I started my career at Stag Furniture as an Apprentice. I gained a NVQ L3 in Wood Machining and Cabinet Making and also won the national skill build competition. From stag I moved into installations for 5 years before joining Webs

From leaving school I completed an apprenticeship at Trio Contracts whilst also attending WEBS completing my level 2 and 3 Apprenticeship. From there I moved onto different companies becoming more specialised in all aspects and sectors of Upholstery which included re-covering suites, traditional upholstery and contract upholstery

I am a training officer teaching in the wood department. I started my career at Permabond laminates, whilst working there I served my apprenticeship at WEBS Training gaining NVQ level 2 and 3 in cabinet making. I continued to work there until I joined the team at WEBS Training
Ian Tapper - Training Officer

From leaving college I started my Apprenticeship at FW Masons studying at Basford Hall College, gaining a City & Guilds Certificate in Machine Woodworking followed by my Advanced Craft Certificate. I worked for Stag Furniture Plc for 13 years as a Wood Machinist and gained my Advanced Craft in CNC Wood Machining. I continued my study at Peoples College in 2 and 3D Computer Aided Design.
After leaving Stag Furniture I joined JDP Frames as Machine Shop Manager until joining Webs team.
