We are exceptionally pleased to announce that we have been listed as a finalist in the On the Tools Awards 2024 for Training Initiative of the Year.

 

Our application covered how we go above and beyond for our apprentices, our training successes, and of course our apprentice participation in the Red Bull Soap Box race. We have had support from our employers and apprentices with our application and it makes us feel very honoured to receive their advocation and positive feedback.

We would like to give a huge thank you to the employers we work with, who give us the opportunity to train the future generation of their business; our apprentices who develop their skills with us; and of course our wonderful training officers who are the reason we have made it to the final with their commitment and dedication to delivering meaningful training.

It isn’t often we take time to reflect on the difference we try to make with every learner that comes through our door, but getting through to the final has reaffirmed to us that we are doing a good job!

We are so proud to have made it this far!
