Nominations for OTT Training Initiative of the Year category
The event, which took place 21st November at Hilton Metropole in Birmingham, was attended by training coordinator Helen Davies, training officer Joseph Bryan, and Business Development Manager Samarah Dawson.
“It was an amazing event where we met so many lovely people, and again a huge congratulations to all finalists and winners of the evening” says Samarah Dawson “We hope everyone there had a great time celebrating the trades and construction industries.”
The win came after a two-stage application process, where employers, apprentices, and members of staff all contributed to the application, which was cited at the awards as one of the contributing factors to the win.
On winning the sought-after Barry Head trophy, Helen says “I was very surprised we won as there were very good candidates, but I am thrilled for our very hard-working training officers who thoroughly deserve this recognition.”
It has made us more motivated than ever to continue to provide the excellent training we feel so passionately about.
