What will the apprentice be doing?

We wish to recruit a keen Apprentice to join our Furniture making. The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of Furniture Making through WEBS structured training programme as well as on the job training. You will learn practical hands on skills and techniques to produce different types of furniture, including bespoke kitchens and other furniture; This is an ideal opportunity for a practical person seeking employment.  

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

During your apprenticeship programme you will receive training both off and on the job to gain Furniture Manufacturing Standard Level 2. You will be required to attend WEBS Training on Day release basis which is once per week, the rest of the time you will be within the work place. Training will be provided in all areas of Furniture Manufacturing to ensure you are capable of creating practical and bespoke furniture.
