- It's against the law for employers not to pay the correct National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage rate,
- You can contact the Acas Helpline for advice and support to make sure you pay your employees correctly: https://www.gov.uk/pay-and-work-rights,
- If you discover you have been paying your workers below the correct minimum wage, you must pay any arrears immediately.
