The amount of enforcement action taken against employers for non-compliance with automatic enrolment rose considerably in 2014, according to The Pensions Regulator, which has recently issued its first fines for breaches.
They issued 163 notices between July and September 2014, compared with 14 from October 2012 to June 2014. Webs are hosting an auto-enrolment session on 24 June 9.30 to 12pn here at Webs in Beeston.
