What prompted you to seek Webs Training Services? What situation/problems did you have?
6 years ago Calders and Grandidge were looking to take on two apprentices; we were directed by SGBD Group to use Webs training as they were a recognised training provider, since then we have had other employees that have carried out NVQ training with great success.
Why did you specifically select Webs Training for your company?
Webs are a recognised provider of wood machining qualifications, the staff there have developed a good relationship with C&G and have a lot to offer to develop our individual needs.
What made you believe that Webs Training was the best for achieving your end results?
Webs have the most up to date training facilities and have the experience and knowledge to deliver the best results as proven with one of our employees last year Stuart Whitaker in 2015 who picked up numerous awards at the Webs awards evening with the main award being overall apprentice of the year. Stuart has a lot to look forward to in the future and some of that is thanks to Webs.
What exactly did Webs Training do to contribute to the outcome you wanted?
Webs ensure that Health and Safety is their NO.1 priority as we do at Calders &Grandidge (C&G), with direction from Webs staff they have steered C&G employees to deliver the best results, 1 = Safety, 2 = Quality and 3 = Quantity. Culture is paramount to C&G and with the modern up to date training that Webs offer, this has certainly helped the progression of the individuals. Webs have certainly been on-board with us from day one and offered us fantastic results.
What are the two most significant improvements that have resulted from your work with Webs Training?
The standard of training Webs offer has resulted in significant improvements in Culture, Safety awareness and Quality. Webs are very professional in what they do and that comes across in the individual’s performance

Do not hesitate, Webs offer high levels of onsite and offsite training which allows individuals to develop themselves and business needs
